Records Division
Sheriff Records accepts Open Records and SDA requests and posts a fillable request form and general fees.
Ask the Sheriff only for records it maintains. Judicial issuance and recall questions belong with the Court Clerk.
Marietta Municipal Court

The citation PDF has an older address block and separate instructions. Verify the current city page before mailing, paying, or appearing. OSCN’s District Court traffic function does not search municipal citations.
